hi all, my name is Gary nickname Goose, i am a ata qualified technician/Mot tester from Newcastle Upon Tyne and currently work at Newcastle Audi. i am new to the world of saxo's so thought i'd get my sell on here as know its nice to see how others are doing with there projects and also with 11 years in the trade am sure i can be a help. i have worked for a few different dealers in my time, Toyota, Ford and Audi so have alot of experince, not only that i can work on any type of vehicle as i like to work on cars outside of work. since being in the trade of cars i have owned over 100 vehicles since i turned 17 and now at 27 there still coming haha, i get board of cars quick but have to say, i got my 53 vtr cheap as it has had very light front damage and was cat c, however i would rather it was as at least i know its not hiding any thing, basically it wants tlc which it is going to get. when i bought her she has covered 72k and was standard bar the vtr rims were painted black. it also reqs a new gearbox as the fork going into the box has gone and the diff is noisey, still driveible and will be getting replaced soon, but i have started to change a few things already, i have bought a set of vts rims which will be getting dipped red, de-wipered the rear, fitted a dvd head unit, kn filter and lowered it 60mm front and 70mm rear.
so here she is when i got her and with the mods i've done.

Na mate, from Lincolnshire. Theres another goose near me, we often have goose-offs to determine who is the superior goose as we cant establish who was goose first. It makes for some light entertainment

makes a big difference with it off, looks bang tidy at the arse end ;) haha and as for Goose-offs, am the one and only Geordie Goose and thats how it'll stay haha

i do agree its bang tidy lol mines kitted out wi subs and the wiper used to vibrate on the window lol

Looks a lot better on the 's wheels, needs to be dropped another 10mm imo. a nice base to work with.
