Arb bushes

Once again my Anti roll bar bushes have gone, happened on all 3 of my saxo's now and i was wondering if anyone could tell me if poly bushes last and longer or make much difference?

can't say how long they last but i put some powerflex on my vtr last week and I did feel the difference, not major just tightens it up nicely so deffo say they are a good buy
