No Clutch????

So last night i went to change gear and the clutch pedal went super hard and had no movement.

I kept pressing the pedal on and off then eventually it went soft and i could change gear. It was fine for a while then it went stiff again. I couldn't change gears so i had to match the revs and yank the gears over :wall:

It was fine earlier but it has really got stuck now and its gone hard. There isn't any clutch judder when i pull away so the clutch isn't dead. I'm thinking its the release bearing/ Selector Fork/ selector fork bushes or the cable?

Anyone have any ideas?

Exactly what i'm thinking.

I had a new clutch around 6 months ago. Would it be better to replace the whole lot or just the bearing?

Any easy way of changing it without taking the drive shafts out?

no easier way of doing it other then taking the box out, i'd change the lot tbh
