best bet is to look around localy (and near local) Get some quotes mate, otherwise get some paint mixed up and do it yourself, easy enough if you know what your doing, there is a thread on here in great detail in what to do :)

Prep is key on this...
I want to do this on mine but my bodyshop said to take my time sanding the strips right down and just use an aerosol can.

Try to get a spare strip off of another car and practice on that... if it turns out well you will save yourself a bunch of cash :)

i did my front and rear bump strips. and prep really does pay off. i did the front perfect was very smooth and clean etc. sprayed it up came out nice and glossy.
did the rear half hearted and it looks 10x worse.

Just mkae sure you use the right plastic primer for the better finish a friend of mine tried it with normal primer and it didn't look great stuff is quite cheap and easy to find.

Take it to a body shop and get it done right mate will last 4x longer and wont chip like aerosol. If you buy your paint from Halford's your looking at a easy 60-70 quid in primer paint and masking tape and sand paper. At my old work we use to do the full bump strips for around £90 so shop around.

Do all the prep work yourself and then take it into body shop and have them
Paint it up properly

I'd just take it to the bodyshop if you're not really confident what to do with it and you will never beat the professional finish so may aswell get it done once and properly :y:

I don't see where people get this from. I work in a body shop/ garage, If some one came in that I didn't know and said I will do the prep myself I would tell them where to go. At the end of the day its my / the painters reputation on the line and the prep work is key to the finish product. I only trust 2 people to prep one is my boss and the other is me.

was going to say, any half decent bodyshop will prep whatever it is they are painting anyway so no point in wasting your own time/money doing it yourself
