Driveshaft/Gearbox

Hi guys, got a problem with my drivetrain, when i go round corners sometimes it makes a sort of clicking sound and also when i go over bumps especially when turning it makes a knock sound. had a look earlier and there is a small amout of oil around the bottom of the gear box, only a little havnt noticed any on the road where i park so cant be much, also the n/s drive shaft has a small amount of play around where it enters the gearbox. Any ideas? thanks
