Anyone know if a set for a Saxo will fit a 106, or vice versa?

They will mate, i had them on my old saxo and now have them on the 106. I was told they are slightly fifferent but i have had no problems even with bits broken off

Nice one. I was trying to fit Saxo genuine Citroen ones to a 106 the other day, but the bit nearest the B-pillar was stopping the window from going up.
There must be something wrong I did when fitting.

Did you get the metal clip things with yours? I didn't get any with the team heko ones and they marked the top of the glass where they were wedged against it. There are no marks on the 106 glass for some reason lol
I started from the bottom corner and worked it halfway up then bent it so i could slot it into the top corner

Are they meant to have clips? Guy I know said he didnt use clips on his, they just sat in. The deflector sits too far in at the b-pillar side of the door, if I wind the window up it bumps into the deflector.
Maybe I do need the clips :( Or Im being a fucking retard.

Some people say the clips aren't needed. I think if i had clips when i got mine and put them in the saxo, they wouldn't have marked the glass. I watched this video the other day :homme: He makes putting the clips in look easy but i have read they can be a bit of a bar steward

I've got clips in mine and they were a real pain to fit, and for some reason the fitting at the bottom of the deflector on mine was superrr tight and it snapped part of it off. :(
Will try get some pics tmoz of where it snapped...

Ive never used clips and never ever had marks on the windows of any car...
I do however think the passenger side one on the s3 is what caused the problem with the window regulator

I don't know why mine marked the glass on the saxo but not the 106, beats me lol. Well not so far anyway

Real easy to fit and definitely use the clips otherwise the glass won't go all the way up. Put them where it says on the instructions also and the clips prevent people pulling them off your car (as easy).
The windows will be a bit slow at first but they settle in eventually.
