Wow that has wound me up

Prick of a jag driver trying to bully the moped out the way, bet he would have tried to over take a tractor like that too, altho, would have come of a lot worse for wear..

The biker did well to keep his cool tbh :y: fair play to him

Will deffo invest in a headcam when i buy my next bike...

Jag driver was a knob. SHoulkdnt of tried the overtake. Beeped the horn to get the moped to move over yes but then waited.

Moped might of been over too far but hes just coming off a roundabout!! Im shocked he managed to stay calm. Id of been fuming had I almost been wiped out twice!

Id say the moped should of been more over to the left... edit.. was a single lane.. Wide road though.

Instead he move's further right?

Jag driver was a cunt for slamming on in front of him. But i'd be pissed if a moped rider hit me.

Well done to the biker but tbh it'd of made better footage if he'd just nutted him.

Jag drivers a cunt.

I can kinda see the view of people saying the moped shouldn't have been on that side of the road, but two things:

A; he's entitled to be there.
B; that roads only about 200 yards long, Jag driver should have just waited...

I dunno why but I thought it looked like 2 lanes. I did watch it this morning through blurry eyes though...

Yeah It seemed that way to me also.

the road has lines in the middle where markings have been removed, so might have become a single lane road...

either way, the moped was in the right hand lane, and the jag tried to overtake without letting him move to the left.

For the sake of 200yards to the A / M road ahead, it sure wasn't worth it IMO...

when I did my CBT a few years backt he instructors told everyone to sit in the middle of the road so that you couldn't be bullied out of the way.
the moped rider had every right to be where he was

I thought the Jag driver was a nobhead to do what he did, but also thought he went about it in the civilised way, saying "I'm not arguing, just swap details and that's that" etc...

He didn't go about it the right way IMHO he was very arrogant, thought he knew the law regarding road procedures and so on and threw the fact he was a driving instructor into the mans face who he nearly run over I honestly think he knew he was in the wrong and acted like that to try to fool the guy!

Either way what a arrogant close minded idiot even if he was right why would u overtake like that it's obviously dangerous and pointless old muppet

He pays his road tax, insurance and has all the correct lawful things to be on the road and has the same right as a car! They only stay over out of politeness not because they have too! they can use as much road as a car driver opinions and law are two different things.

It was a single lane road and if a copper was there try would of done the jag driver for dangerous overtaking in a single lane no overtaking area would u do that if the bike would of been a car? What's the difference?
He was impatient and arrogant everyone else's fault but his own.

Fairly obvious who's going to win this legal battle, jag driver was peeding and driving dangerously. Case won

really civilised calling the biker a fucking twat.

He had argued with him loads until he said im not arguing lolz.

Moped was fine thats exactly where i would have been on my ped when i had it. The jag didn't have to brake that hard to stop either moped nearly went into him.

Boils my piss that. I don't have a scooter/motorbike but as a cyclist, being hit by drivers too arrogant to realise their own mistakes is my biggest fear. Hope this lad gets justice against the fool of a driver.

I get the feeling the mopedder isn't pursuing this though and will probably roll over on the insurance details.

I thought his tirade of abuse was harsh but swift... He resolved to just say "no point arguing about it, just swap insurance details" and the biker, understandably, carried on saying stuff. I think the Jag driver is in the wrong, definitely if it's single lane, but I dunno, on the balance of things, the road was probably wide enough to fit 2 busses through, I'd have thought the moped rider would have kept further to the left...

There's not much that gets me going but that cunt would have my full wrath, He basically rammed his way passed and then slammed on in front of him. Absolute prick!

The jag driver was definetly in the wrong, the guy had 'L' plates so thought he might have approached with some caution but you can see in the video he came speeding from nowhere and tried to squeeze through a space that wasn't big enough. If i was on the moped i may have been a bit more to to the left but he had the right to be where he was. Motorcyclist did well to keep his cool to be honest, i would have been fuming
