Right finding myself more and more going on random drives and exploring the saxo's talents on a dis used landing strip.!
Normaly gett pissed off at work and go drive it off, normaly the sound of a full supersprint system on full chat puts a smile back on my face if not then abit of old skool garage does the trick ;)

Anyone else do the same ? Or am i just a complete wierdo in my young age ?

Very bad and imature thing to do going for a drive when throwing a tantrum..

Makes you drive very aggressively and push your luck putting not only your life on the line but average joe on his way home from work hoping to see his new born for the first time....

Not sure he's going to meet many of them on a disused landing strip.

I go for a quick drive and park up somewhere quiet and just listen to music lol.
Went up Crown point on Sunday night because for the last week my head's been allover the place. I parked up and got out for a bit to get some air. Then got back in my car. I noticed there was a mk7 fiesta about 40 yards infront and the person inside kept flicking his interior light on and off, then turned the engine on, turned round and parked up right behind me, got out and came to my door!
Turns out he was an undercover cop keeping an eye out for people dogging haha!

i kind of see what you mean. It can be very theraputic going for a good old drive to clear your mind sometimes...
I quite like the 30 mile drive commute after a stressful day of work :)

haha, some properly stupid comments in this, even for spazP's standards.

I get what the OP is saying, everyone enjoys driving, I used to go out quite a lot when I was 17 / 18, just driving round the country roads I live near, always found it a good way to listen to a new CD all the way through without distractions.

never did it when I owned the VTS / BMW though, now i rarely drive.

Oh I fully understand what he is saying. I spent most of my spare time driving in the IOM. I now hate driving randomly cos I'm in Bristol and driving a big slow van... :(

Tbh, despite being a woman I cant multi-task for the life of me :D So I'm usually concentrating too much on the road to let off steam as it so happens lol..
