yea royal mail is 15 days. and u may be able to claim up to 100x cost of the stamps used. in most cases i havent found them to pay out for anything tho other than a book of stamps.

They will probably ask for photographic evidence of the package and its contents etc.

How much did it cost you to post it??

The seller is asking for a refund before the two weeks is up to make a claim am in within my right to tell him to jog on

Yes you probably are.

Reason being you have to give it up to 2 weeks to be delivered before you can claim. So he has to wait the 2 weeks aswell incase it turns up.
