Well not sure what it is my idea the gear linkages but I could be wrong.
When I start the car up at times i here a slight knocking noise not from engine thou sounds like its below me. Then sometime when the gear change is a bit harsh or the acclerator is sometimes pumped to put little bit of power i hear it.
Anything major?
And anyone have a clue as what it might be?

Probably the lower engine/gearbox mount tbh, do a quick search theres a few pictures etc showing how it should look and its quite an easy part to replace.

check your exhaust to could be hitting something

sounds like what i had. Took it to a garage and they just retorqued all suspension mounts, engine and gearbox mounts and exhaust mounts and its not rattled ever since. Might be worth a try considering it wont cost you anything and you have access to a ramp or decent jack
