i reckon they seem good for things like keeping track of how your doing.. duno how they would work if you want to use your own routine though... be good to find one where you could to keep track of your lifts. i get sick of carrying bits of paper about

Me and my house mate downloaded one called 6 pack promise.
gives you an intense 5 min work out to do every other day.
i'm sure some proper gym rats will say it's shit, but I can feel it working, so i'm happy. cost nothing, and only takes 5 mins a day.
theres a push ups too, again, short intense workouts.
