I changed my exhaust and manifold on the weekend, I also changed my oil. I topped up my oil with 3L cestrol oil, and now the light is on and the oil is gone, I can't see any leaks but I need to have a propper look, any ideas :/
I also relocated the oil filter.

are you sure you filled it up?
did you put the sump plug back in?
main leak, would obviously be around the filter if you re-located it. maybe messed up the tapping ?
you dont just "loose" 3 ltrs of Oil. are you sure there are no leaks?!

I would say a leak somewhere as well, can't see how you'd lose that much oil that quickly otherwise. Did the oil filter relocation go well? With the tapping of the thread etc? Could have lost it from there maybe.

By any chance you didn`t move/disconnect the oil pressure switch when fitting the manifold did you?:drink:

Surely there would be 3 litres of oil all over your driveway?
Fill it up again and run the engine for a few minutes, see if you can see a leak.
That much oil in 24 hours would be noticeable.
Check the drain plug is in and you haven't cross threaded it.
Also check the filter is screwed in properly.

You only put in 3 Litres of oil.....no wonder it shows up as nothing in there, should be 4.5 litres in there!

I also have the oil light on after doing fitting a manifold and changing the oil filter. I have had mine fully serviced as well and still the light stays on. Changed the pressure sensor also but didn't turn it off.
I can't seem to find why it's on.
