if you are changing it buy one that stretches over on a cone as it is neerly impossible to do it otherwise :)

1. undo wishbone pinch bolt
2. undo driveshaft nut.
3. using a bar slide that ontop of the wishbone and under the cv joint and push it against the floor. use a hammer on the bar to knock wishbone out.
4,. tap the end of driveshaft while pulling the leg out of the way.
5. take off old boot and wipe off all old grease.
6 get a friend to pull the hub out of the way.
7. using the cone provided in the strech boot kit put that over the cv joint.
8. turn c.v boot inside out and spray the inside with the lube provided (not all kits prvide lube)
9. spray lube on the cone.
10. now get in a comfortable position and a position where you can put all your weight behind your push.
11. push the c.v boot over the cone DO NOT STOP. otherwise you'll have to start again.
12. puta cable tie on the smaller end of the c.v boot.
13 fill the c.v boot with the grease provided.
14. fit a jubliee clip to the larger side of the boot.
then just rebuild it back up + make sure everything is tight.

lol if im at home not at work and dont have access to the cone then ill just pop the CV joint off the shaft so the CV boot will fit straight on then. Its not any harder that way, just one circlip and your there :y:

Remember not pull the driveshaft out, but if you find it easier to do jack the car as hiight as you can on one side to try save as much gearbox oil as possible. Still put a catch can under there. Filling the gearbox back up is a pain and takes ages as there is no breather hole. use a small pipe (size of jetwash hose) and a funnel. Gearbox oil will only come out majorly from the passenger side iirc
