Been to the gym in the past. Got laid off contract ended no more gym. New job no motivation! No gym partner either. Anyone else get home from work and just feel like they carnt be botherd lol. Keep saying im going to start but never do. Also an ectomorph and never tried weight gain. Ive had whey in the past. Is weight gain a con. Just bought some cre tabs from holland and barrett to try too

You don't need a gym partner mate because there isn't always gonna be one around, I go 5 times a week and never have a partner, trust me you will feel much better if you go to the gym than if u sit at home wondering why u haven't gone, and no it's not a con but no amount of whey creative or any other supplement is gonna do anything unless you train hard

That's where having a "Garage gym" comes in handy, so much easier when you don't have the hassle of getting there, getting changed, waiting to use equipment, driving home sweaty or showering there etc

I just walk down to the garage, go in, do what I need to do and then back in the house and shower and have any food / shakes ready for me, it's perfect and doesn't have to be expensive!

I've got a heavybag, bench press, chin up bar, selection of dumbbells from 2kg upto about 15kg, couple of extra weight bars varying from about 10kg to 20kg, matted floor for grappling and floor exercises, and a rowing machine. Got most of it either from Gumtree, local paper or Argos

Bag was £10, dumbells and all the plates where £25 on GumTree, weight bars where a job lot in the local paper for £40 - Bench press was £49 in Argos, pullup bar £12 argos, matting £30 Ebay and so on

If you have a garage or even a spare bedroom, give it a go :y:

if you want a kick up the arse, get a pre-workout suppliment,

ive tried jack3d that works!
and also musclepharm assault which isnt what u need really,

ive just ordered some cellucor c4 for a mental boost to see what thats like

get them on ebay and itll make you want to destroy the gym lol :panic:

best thing for my motivation is when you notice some changes after going for a while..

Want motivation ? Look at the mirror, happy ? Then relax on the sofa. Not happy ? Then get the fuck up and train.

Nothin' but a peanut.

Best pre-workout superpump max mate, absolute quality, as per the work thing, you got to think to yourself, do you want to be skinny and look like shit for the rest of your life or do you want to be looking fit and be proud of what you have done and achieved?

I know what I would choose :p

I finish my shift at 12am 7 days a week and the last thing I want to do is go the gym..but I always do. Get over that "i cant wait to just go home and chill" thought. Take your gym clothes to work, get changed in work and just go on the way home. If you go home or go the shop or any other stop on the way you wont want to go. Just drive straight to the gym and once you're there you will be fine.
