Think about someone else- I hardly go out, but I still try and talk to other girls- When you do go out, go out to enjoy yourself, don't play desperado.


Above all else, give yourself time. Thats the only real healer in these situations, even if you slept with a girl, you'd still feel guilty and think of your ex. Think what you can do in your life now you have the time/ money. Think how she's hurt you, and think how little she would have benefited your life.

You'll miss the sex, but that will pass over time.
