had some 60mm lowering springs waiting to go on my car for about 5 months now, and decided i best get my arse in gear after being parked next to a lowered saxo the other day, standard height really isn't cutting it for me anymore!! :fcuk:

has anybody had any experience with these dampers, i really cant be affording to be spending £2-300 on dampers, especially with a month in italy looming in august !

i have been told dropping on standard shocks is okay, BUT i really don't want to drop it, and then hate the ride so much and have to get it sorted again, would prefer to do it all in one go.

so basically, are these dampers any good for a 60mm drop?

Watch out for ZTLs in Italy

I'm upto about 700 euros in fines from last year!

As said b4's are just OEM replacements, they aren't any shorter than standard shocks the cheapest shocks you can really get away with is the apex dampers kam sells iirc they are £100 for the front shocks , gone down in price by a tenner since I bought them

If you want to run 60mm lowered without shortening the life of the dampers then you need shortened dampers designed to run that low.

Are the apex x low dampers any good for a 60mm drop?

Zona Traffic Limitaros or something

basically the bits of the towns you can't go in unless your car is on some sort of register.

the ZTLs are basically all the places ou need to be, so watch out for them, small signs at the entrance to them
