Finally got some new brake pads for my vtr. Was gonna try to fit them myself but don't think I'll be able to :(
What would you expect to pay for a garage to fit them? Just wanted to know so I don't get ripped off.
Thanks

Should be 30 min job tops from rolling it into the garage and back out so i'd pay no more than £20 though tbh mate, its only 2 bolts, 1 either side and the 4 wheel nuts

I've not fit any axel stands or any think to support the car while it's been jacked up. Plus I will need my brakes bleeding again.

Just jack it up, undo the bolts and put the pads in man. Ridiculously easy

1. Jack up
2. Take the four wheel bolts out
3. Undo calliper bots
4. Push piston back
5. Remove old pads and clean calliper with Brush or sandpaper
6. Fit new pads
7. Put pack together
Repeat at both sides..
And don't forget to PUMP THE PEDAL before you set of driving

Why do you need them bleeding???
Don't have to touch the fluid side of things to change the pads just open the mc lid so the pistons Are easier to push back.
