changing Gear Lever roll pin

How do i go about changing it? :wacko: no idea where to start

Already looked at that. I had to scroll down ¬¬ hurhur..

Just be aware that they seem to come out easier one way than the other - mine was in the opposite to the one in the instructions but as the engine and box were out of the car it was no hassle. So if it doesn't start budging after a couple of whacks it may need to come out the other way instead.

Makes quite a bit of difference once you get rid of the free play.

Mine fell out so I had to change it but they are a ballache either way.

A torx bit attached to the end of a long socket pole or breaker bar....line it up and tap it with a hammer until the torx bit knocks the pin out.


Jack the car up with the wheel still on and rest the bar on the tyre, should go right through the gap.

Same to get it back in, grease it up to make it go in easier.
