I know that saxo's are 4x108
How do you get alloys that aren't that pattern to fit a saxo?

hub change or spacer type things to alter the stud pattern

The truth is you dont, would be expensive to change the hubs or buy the adaptors to convert the pcd.
Why would you want to change it anyway, there are loads of nice 4x108 wheels. Put the pcd in on ebay and you will find 100s to choose from

I looked into some 4x100 BBS alloys the other month cheap enough to buy but the coversion spacer things would of set me back about 250 so not worth it

Hub converters are only worth the money when they represent a small amount compared to the wheels you wish to install
