i dont know much about suspensions to be honest but i have a question should iget lowering springs or coil overs cheers deek

coilovers are infinitely better than just lowering springs! it all depends what you are looking for ie if you just want looks and aren't that fussed about spot on handling then just buy springs, but with coilovers you can adjust the rideheight (pointless for trips to tescos but great for trackdays etc) and with some adjust the damping also. coilovers are also way more expensive than springs for obvious reasons.
