Good afternoon all!

Not new to these forums, was a member of Seatcupra.net before :)

Anyway's I've currently got a Saxo VTR, as the title say's.

This is my second Saxo VTR, so not a stranger to them :P

Before this Saxo I had a Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8 20V Turbo, and to be fair I loved it too pieces! But the government just made it hard work to keep it on the road with ever rising fuel prices and tax -___- here's a quick pic of it;

My current VTR is pretty much standard (which are pretty rare! Especially with 70K miles :cool:) apart from a cat back Magnex exhaust system.

More mods too come once I've paid for the insurance :y:

Here's a few pics I recently took up Santa Pod on the weekend;

As you can see its pretty clean imo :cool: the only thing that lets it down on the exterior was that bloody awful grey primer front grill :n:

So obviously I went out and sorted that today :p here's what the front now looks like;

Ahhh! soooooooo much better :clapping:

And before I'd purchased the car, I already had a set of wheels lined up ready for her... which are these little bad boys;

They are in need of some work (nothing major, just a fresh lick of paint etc) and with some lowering and smoothing the VTR should be looking Euro in no time :y:

FOR SALE!
Black Citroen Saxo 1.6i VTR 2002

I am reluctantly selling my pride and joy as I've recently bought a new car!

102K miles (this will keep raising as in daily use)

She will easily return 40/45 MPG!

Great little French hot hatch that weighs next to nothing! And is cheap to insure! (Group 7)

Running a reconditioned 1.1 gearbox (Close Ratio) with a brand new Valeo clutch just fitted less than 1K miles ago! (£100 for the clutch / £150 for the box with only 55K miles!)

Very good tyres all round with 6 Months Tax & 10 Months MOT (Sailed through the MOT with no faults!)

The underside of the car is free from any rust! And has been fully weather sealed ready for the upcoming winter!

Very recent service carried out by myself (less than 100 miles ago!)

Fully refurbished rear axle fitted at 92K miles! (at a cost of £275)

Loads of receipts for mechanical parts that have been changed in the last 5K miles including both suspension arms, both front anti-roll bar links, sump gasket, rocker gasket, oil pressure switch etc

No expense has been spared with the up keep of the cars mechanical parts, and this shows when driven!

I will be sad to see her go as she’s been a very economical and fun car to drive over the past 2 years of ownership!

As you can see from the pictures she is completely standard apart from an induction kit that will be included in the sale price along with the original airbox and fittings.

She’ll make a great run around as a daily ride or a project car for someone!

Viewings are welcome after 6:30 Monday to Friday, and any time on the weekends.

For more info please inbox me or message me here! :)

PS I also have a set of fully refurbished 106 S1 Rallye Steel Wheels (5.5J) in blue that can be included in the sale at the right price, they will not be given away as these are rare now!
