when i get the torsion bar out , im gonna mark the top as it comes out... i then move the trailing arms to the height I want them (measuring from the arch to the hub both sides) then put the torsion bar back in with the mark pointing up......

take it thats the right way of doing it...

Could take 20 min could take 4 days , some I've done I've had to drop all axle to get um of n that means brake lines off n if there seized ur gunna av to rebuild them to , I'd soak it daily in wd40 whilst using car for a week n u should b all good then , if u got vtr don't measure to arch as bodykit not allways same on both sides , and ull need a big hammer n posibley heat .

i measured to the floor and to the arch.

Leave yourself a day as you want to do it properly!
