ive done a conversion a vts into a vtr, i have an unlocked ecu ive got a twin plug engine loom not the single plug. I have checked the fuel cut off and fuel pump relay but still no spark or fuel.
any ideas
ps ecu is 100% unlocked as immobiliser pin in ecu has been taken out so cannot be relocked

I know you said its unlocked but does a key sign flash? Also check you crank sensor, did you have to do any wiring?

no the key sign does not flash, ive unplugged the immobiliser receiver on the ignition barrel. ive heard about unplugging the immobiliser but cannot locate this. also the crank shaft sensor, i think it could be this but whats the best way to test it as it was working fine before the conversion

Just make sure the connectors are clean the wiring has not broken down etc..

also ive tested the fuel pump and it works fine, the ecu does click when you turn the ignition on. does the crack sensor stop both fuel and spark? hope we can can sort as this seems to be a common problem with no known fix

The ECU dont click a relay found below the tray does, the main causes for no spark etc is crank sensor, locked ECU or wiring issues. Look for someone called Rich112(he can be found in south-east section) he had same problem as you turned out to be fuse box wiring.

i am having a similar problem, but mines has always been a vts was sitting on axle stands for a year put the battery back in charged it up will turn over but not start, primes for ages when i turn on the ignition, the car was demobilised before and was driving fine. anyone any ideas
only thing i did was remove the abs and plum in a vtr 4 port master cylinder, removed pump and wiring, and remove all the airbag wiring and airbag ecu, never touched any other wiring switches or plugs?

when my relay clicked it was because my gearbox earth had come loose
