Front Caliper help Needed!

When retracting the piston on the caliper on the front do you need to twist or just push it in?

if so how hard?

You just need to push it but make sure you unscrew the cap on the fluid resevoir a bit so you're not working against the pressure.

Best thing to use is a large g clamp, if you don't have one and plan on doing this regularly, buy one.
