Saxo conversion

Hi guys ,i have bought 16v vts engine and gearbox for conversion to my mk2 diesel saxo ,have some questions ,do i have to change fuel tank ,my mk2 is 2002 and engine is the same age ,do i have to change some wires or somthing ?and what do i have to do with A/C i don`t know if the doner car had it ?cheers (sorry for bad english )

If your old tank has had diesel in it, I'd imagine you'd need to swap it for a petrol tank.

have you got the unlocked ecu and loom?

as for a/c we don't get it on the uk saxos so i doubt if anyone can answer that one and be 100% sure

i got unlocked S&M race mod map Ecu ,i don`t know about A/C and no body does ,i live in a fucking country full of bmw or yugo`s god damn -.- sick of that ,and for the tank it had diesel in it ,it is all washed up with water ,and he had over night engine grease remover in it and so much nasty grease leaked from it ,and i don`t know about geting a new one ,it is not easy here so few parts to buy ,sorry but jeff what is loom :/ ?cheers guys

i would have thought the fuel pump/filters/pipes would have to be changed, im just guessing though so dont rely on me lol

yes have the wires ,ecu ,engine in full with every thing ,i cleaned vts`s whole engine bay ,but it was modified so i got some high pressure fuel pump ,some oil pump with some litle k&n filter or somthing ,got new batter,new engine mounters ,whole suspension set up kw v2 do you think my drive shaft is strong enough to suport 2x powerfoul engine ?i just called my old man`s buddy he is a surgent so he has ton`s of mini cameras so we can get one up tank to see is any gresse left or i have to buy new one ,and that will be a project stoper for 10-15 days ,one more question i have such a big radiator since i have A/C and 2 ventilators up front ,do you think is it enoguh ?cuz i got with the engine some aftermarket evo style intercooler and that`s a queri ,cause mine is like brand new and i dont know is it strong enough for Vts engine ,but difrents is only in the power and that engine got 16v and like 50ccm more than mine right now :) thanx for reply
