Im about to spray my spoiler, miror caps, grill and alloys black.
Whats the best primer, paint and laquer to use?
Primer:
------> Leave for 24 hours (or use a hair dryer) and sand down with 80grit sandpaper. Then..
Paint:
------> Leave for a fruther 24 hours (or use a hair dryer). Then..
Laquer:
Dont want my parts to feck up.

80! lol, use 400 or 800 grit wet with a block on flat surfaces

finish off with 1200 grit lmao, the smoother the better tbh :y:

Nope 1200 isnt classed as a sand Paper itts classed as a polish and its too smooth to paint over.

Just what the Halfords website says..
80 Grit then 1200 grit.
So whats best to use and when?
Also any spray good enough to use?Just gunna buy the stuff from halfords i think.

Lol it says it on halfords and you believe it lol.
Use 150 then 320 then 600 you never need any lower than 150 or higher than 800 for prep.
All painted parts you can rub down with 600 and paint without primer. For the rough bits on your alloys use 150 then primer leave for 24 hours then rub down with 600 then paint.
All bare plastics use plastic primer then rub down with 600 then paint.
