Ahhhh, it does take me back, am sure I remember it in Maxxy P!
First issue I ever got had some gorgeous grey mk2gti on the front with azev As on it, "rambo" something or other, and loads of Skeete(spelling) stuff.
I remember liking the dimma 306, I think there was a burgundy one that was about as wide as a single lane.
Those were the days!

Not all dimmas are "real" dimmas, iirc a lot of real ones suffer with rust behind the arches and thats an major can of worms to open..
Dont know if id own a dimma, think id rather a miami blue gti with a mi16/gti6 :A:

I'm with you on that one, a guy over the road to us had one back in the day, he was utterly OCD about it, and it was as stock as a stock thing
it was immaculate!

A friend of mine had a 405 Mi16 4WD Dimma. It was originally built for the MD of Dimma. Sure he only sold it for a couple of grand as it needed work.

Dimma used to have a shop in the trafford centre in manchester when it opened.
Dimma split rims were epic in the back in the day
There was also a cossie powered 309gti built as well

Lol when I saw the title and an eBay link, I was half expecting to see a fecked base model 205 with a cossie sticker, DIYd non-matching bodykit and cone filter.
Pleasantly surprised, that thing looks like a beast!

One of the lads we used to knock about with back in 1990's ran one of those as an everyday car , he bought it off a farmer out of a barn for a £1000 ( it turned out to be previously owned by Toivonen) what an epic car

My mate has just bought one, well 2 actually!
He bought one, then bought a load of performance parts for it but decided he wanted to keep it pretty stock so he bought one from a racing school and has it down to a shell in his garage at the moment!
