saxo 1.1 brakes again!

I have just changed the wheely cylinder on my saxo 1.1 sx and the rear drivers side brake is jammed on i have loosened off the handbrake adjuster and its still stuck but the other side is fine

anyone i havent even got it on the road yet and its getting on my nerves!

and also the brake shoes dont seem like there fitting right there touching the back plate and dont seem to sit in the middle of the wheel cylinder

Is the hand brake cable free on the side that the brake is stuck on ? It should move free once removed but what happens is the steel wire starts to brake and gets jammed inside the casing. Easyier to the whole cable but you might be able town seize it.

I have loosened the adjuster all the way off, but i was thinking something like this but they are new shoes and i checked the handbrake cables and had them off but i need to check again i think,
is it possible the handbrake lever on the shoes is stuck even thogh they are new shoes?

Now the rear left hub is stuck on as I tried to remove it and I can't but the shoe retainers have broken off any ideas please urgently needed

here is a picture of the rear right shoes, is it possible ive put them on wrong as they dont sit properly by the look of it
