285mm Hi Specs

As above,

Got some waiting to be fitted but need to know if i will require different brake hoses or if the standard ones will fit?

Also i will be using the standard vts mc till i upgrade, will the brakes still be responsive enough etc?

Anything i should be careful of when fitting them and using them for the first time?

Hi-specs are 285mm aren't they? Mine are anyway.

I use the standard VTS mc and they are absolutely fine. Have had mine fitted for over 2 years and they are unbelievably good, stopping power is insane. Unsure on brake hose as mine came with some others :)

you will need brake hoses as they need bango fittings on the calipers. I have some nearly new EBC pads on Ebay if your needing some?

And I can do you the braided lines, made by the same people that make them for hi spec but at a fraction of the cost
