Anyone know if the tinting spray works still on the glass on the mk2. headlights? :y:

what, even if i go for a lighter tint than that, i dont want it super dark? just darker than standard

Yeah go fly tint for the front and tint spray or rears :y:

the tint spray is basically like spraying paint so wont allow the light through, or break up the beam pattern both not good for headlights. tint spray is ok on rear lights but still not brillant as again discolours light could end up getting rear ended as car behind wont see brake lights.
fly eye kit has tiny holes in the film allowing light thro as normal ish i put it on and tried in the morning and light pattern and brightness didnt seem bad compared to normal.

google flyeye headlight tint their site comes straight up. and much cheaper than site u have posted

Rear tint spray is fine on back lights if you use one or two coats. It doesnt block out light at all if you use it correctly.

Subtlety is the key. One or two coats gets it a shade darker than standard. The knobs who use a can on each side, Thats when you have problems cause they come out black.
