if i got some vtr alloys for my 1.1 would i need spacers or spocket rings i think it is??? just becuase i had some wolfrace alloys and they started to crack near the wheel bolyts but it was because i used standard wheel nuts not flat ones i think anyone help me out and tell me what i need for a perfect fit! thanks dudes

you will not need spigot rings because the vtr wheels have the perfect centre bore to match up with the hub

I put R alloys on my forte and they went on perfectly with no spacers ect. No rubbing or anything :y:

You dont have to start a new thread everytime for the 100 posts for the for sale section. Go round on the different sections answering other peoples questions. Like the answer I gave counted as +1 post and same with this one. But like I said you dont need to start a new thread everytime

I had VTR alloys on my old desire, and was fine until I had the mother in law in the back, scraped like mad.. Had to kick her out to get the bus, probably did me a favour with the scraping thinking about it now.

i got vtr wheels on mine, kept with the standard size tyres at the front, and got 165's on the rear, doesnt scrape one bit

My vtr alloys rub on the back inner arch with 3mm spacers on would buying 5mm sort this out? Only when there is a little bit of weight in the back

the search function is your friend ... im still finding this out lmao getting vtrs on my 1.1 though perfect fit and look good for cheap
i have a rubbing problem when i get to much weight in the back ;) i just cba to sort it out as i hardly ever get it.

Shouldnt be rubbing on the inner with R wheels if it is you have a fubar beam.

Got VTRs on mine, lowered by 80 at the back and it doesn't rub :) Was thinking bout spacers but not to sure anymore.
