Hi guys,

after missing my old posi - I've finally got myself another vtr.

started out in January like this - a tidy wee example :)

I then decided to respray the headlight inserts

whacked on some VTS alloys

just recently I've also blacked out the rear badges and fitted Sax-p stickers to the rear quarter windows, fitted a nice Kenwood HU and some Alpine co-ax fronts. Oh, and a Raceland induction kit :)

My next plans will be to:
Lower - I'm thinking 40mm
Refurb the wheels - thinking of doing a gunmetal grey

The car is looking sweet, sure I might see you driving it around sometime when i'm out and about lol. What happened to your old VTR wheels?
I was thinking a mesh grill might look sweet on the car since its black aswell

Thanks man, yeah I forgot to add that - planning on meshing the grille too!

I sold the old wheels to a bloke on gumtree

Your welcome. Nice one, i've ordered my mesh grill Friday night so just waiting on postman pat to arrive! :D

Dam, im looking into a new set of wheels, starting to wish I kept my old VTS wheels but ohh well, sure I will be able to pick a set up soon enough.

Just a heads up, if you're after a set of VTS rims locally - I was in the Abercorn scrapyard in Paisley at the weekend and they'd just taken delivery of a yellow van (maybe Berlingo) with a full set on - just seen it on the forklift from a distance so dunno what the condition of the tyres etc are like :D

Thanks for the heads up, I might take a wee trip down there over the coming week and see what I can find for the car. I managed to 'PICK' up a number plate light cover from one round the corner which saved me money lol ;)

Looks good. How easy is it to take the headlights apart and what paint did you use?
