Whats the best paint to use on top of primer for steelies? want a sort of gloss black colour.

Aha sorry couldnt resist.
Tbh I used Halfords Gloss Black Spray Paint on my old VTR wheels, heres a couple picture of how they turned out. Should be fine on steelies too! :)

You wont regret it! Even if it does fail it serves as a nice undercoat.
