Angel headlights MK1 which bulbs?

hey guys...

i guess there are alot of threads like this out there, but couldn't find a proper answer...

i have clear MK1 angel headlights installed at the minute as was thinking of installing OSRAM Nightbreakers in them... im sure they will look boss... but just wondering what type of fitting are they? i dont quite understand the whole H1 H4 H90000332452.... so which ones would i need?
