i wouldn't tell them personally cause you could easily remove them if you had a bump, but its up to you

with all insurance polices you get a certain amout of audio equipment covered usually about £500-700 worth abouve that amount i would get a sepertae police on you audio equipment

I wouldnt have thought the brows would hurt. Id just make a point of saying youve changed your Radio, they didnt probe any further when i said "i've put a new CD player in." Just thought i'd come clean anyway, then its thier choice if they ask anymore questions.

Check what your policy covers in terms of audio cover. For example mine covers up to £1,000. So if you go over that, it's best to advise them about it. But... if your're worried about your headunit being pinched, then by all means have it insured.

Light brows... That could be treated as a cosmetic modification. Some insurance companies "might" say it makes the car more "stealable" but to be honest, if you're involved in a front end shunt, I'm sure there wont be much left of the brows.

It's all stated in your policy document/booklet. You or your dad should have it somewhere. If you can't find it, give your insurance company a call and ask the question.
