Well i've just completed 1 month of using this app everyday. It's an app that is like a log for the food you eat and excercise you do. You can search the directory or simply bar code the food you eat, as for excercise it has every excercise you can think of in there (including cleaning) and will deduct the caleries you burn off from your daily total.

I have lost 1 stone in 1 month and I am 1 more stone away from my target weight so all is going good! For those looking to loose weight without having to follow a diet then this is the way to do it. You eat what you want, just keep in the total.

You can choose how much you want to loose each week. I have been going the gym most days and take a few supplements so don't know how much difference this has made.

Thought i'd update.

Been back on this the last 3 weeks, combined with running as training for the Army I have now lost another stone. So that's 2 stone in total just by counting calories. People who say they struggle to loose weight, seriously...use this app. I feel fitter than ever, and feel alot more confident
