Right this was on at Bodypower last year but i didnt get to do it i will this year tho,

10 pull ups (deadhang)
30 push ups
50 bodyweight squats
10 dips

best time is 1.35 (not mine)

i got 2 mins dead (my pullups are wank at min)

just want to see if anyone on here wants to giv it a go and post what time they get just for fun :y:

I basically only use bodyweight stuff these days, day in day out. The squats took by far the longest

Yeah the squats take the longest but are the easiest.

Im going to give it another go tomoro see what i can get this time been working on my pull ups every day so should get a bit better time
