Just to let you know personally im not a face-less person who's conning people out of their hard earned cash. I work for an Independant Intermediary called Newton Lee Insurance Service based in Sunderland Tyne & Wear. I deal with many in particular and have a panel of insurer's for sports/performance/imported/modified cars (mainly Highway Insurance used by Adrian flux, Chris Knott, HIC). I refer quotes to insurers to arrange the best availably deals and i can get mods covered in most cases.
As long as you meet a certain criteria i can help you. Usually the min age is 19 with preferably 12 months experiance and premiums over the £600 mark.
Also im involved with modifiying cars and organising cruises in the north east. So far ive had Max Power, Redline and Fast Car up to cover Washington Cruises.
Finally i too drive a heavily modified car.......

ignore the wheels that were on it at time of photo
that enough info for you?

does that mean you cant quote lower then £600 ??

erm a lil thing called the Financial Services Authority would prevent me for charging you £900 for a £700 policy. also the fact that the actually insurer's premium is shown on the insurance schedule so it would be a lil difficult for me to rip people of if i wanted too......of course im sure you know all of this anyway
At the end of the day im one of you...jus trying to help people out with the contact i have available, if your not interested then fair enough but please dont dis/disrespect me when you know nothing about me

10th August 2006, 14:56
finally, if anyone wants any info or proof that i exist speak to yorkvtr or email me. He knows me personally

10th August 2006, 16:02

yes i can quote under £600 but i have a lot less flexibility under that amount unless you have at least 3 or 4 years no claims and are a clean driver

I spoke to Jamie today and although wasnt able to help me out this time (I had just taken out a policy and it wouldn't have been worth the cancellation for the saving gained) he is a very helpful and honest bloke.
Muchios respect to him

quick question some people ask have you had and convictions in the last 3 years some ask 4 so surly one quote will automatically be lower because of this and how long is it before the points vanish? just so i know next time when i renew i have 3 points from feb 2003 over 3 years, next time i renew itll be over 4 but thought they stayed on for 5? just a bit confusing wanted to clear it up

The email thing was only a joke but I'll drop you a mail later.
Cheers

it depends on the insurer as to if you have to disclose convictions or not. Some companies as for 3 years, some 4, some 5. You must adhere to whatever that particular company asks.
as far as i know with your actual license, points count for 3 years and must stay on license for 4......i think but could be wrong.
