Saw this the other day, dwarfed my Saxo. It's about 3 times the height and twice as long!

Theres currently a big ass Ford Ranger thing parked up the arse of my mx5, it looks like it could drive clean over me if he wanted.
The bloke who drives it is a midget as well, it's funny as hell watching him jump from the step to the floor as its to far for him lol.

Dodge RAM SRT-10. 8.3 V10. 510bhp and 12 second quarter miles. For the kind of trucker who carries a few guns with him.

one of them 'monster' trucks goes to a west london cruise and gives out monster drinks apparently. It was funny how most people in the multistory carpark were having issues rubbing the ground, that thing was having issues catching the ceiling lol

I'm not a big fan of the American ones, especially when they have road tyres on, they just look wrong, however these are usually used for pulling and not off-roading so it's understandable, still looks wrong to me though. I'd love one with one of those caravans that hook onto the back of them.

I've not used a muti-storey since in the first week of owning my Delica I drove under ASDA's carpark roof with only half an inch to spare, since then she's gone up a couple of inches so no chance now, especially with a roof rack on.
My favorite big trucks are the Scammell explorer (Old army recovery truck) and the Aton impulse viking 2992 (crazy russian amphibious truck).
Some of my mates were saying I should plaster mine in monster stickers like my mates old one. I want some large decals over it but not monster stickers, preferably a design I've done myself.

That Monster pick up is the promo vehicle, goes to all the main shows, I've seen it a fair few times. As said before there are always a few birds in it handing out Monster :P

There's a matt black hilux that bums around the horfield/filton area of Bristol that is a monster truck. It's lifted to the moon and the tires on it are about the same height as the roof of the saxo! Looks like it would drive straight over most things without even thinking about it :)
P.S. I want a RAM SRT10 now! Thanks a lot! lol

I totally agree!!! That's part of their attraction.
This is a post off piston heads by a Delica driver who owns a fleet of very nice cars including a Nissan GTR it explains their attraction quite well...
I am lucky enough to have more than one car, but I often overlook them to drive the Delica.
If my Delica died, I would buy another one straight away, I could not do without a Delica !
My other cars are rather pampered, but as odd as it sounds I don't care too much about my Delica, which puts me at ease driving it.
I leave it in places were I would never leave my cars, I go places were my cars can't even go, I park in Marks&Spencers car park near the door, as opposed to 3 miles away in my other cars trying to avoid door dents.
If there was a large dirty puddle at the side of the road when driving my car, I would avoid it, in the Delica I would aim for it. evil
I 'prefer' my Delica to be dirty [ proper dirty ], I see it as a tool not a jewel, I leave it covered in mud. [ Just cleaning the plates/lights and door handles.]
My Son prefers it too, as it is no big deal if he drops an opened can of Coke on the floor, it's not an issue throwing sweet wrappers down between the two front seats, and if he/we want a nap on a day trip out I stop, we make our beds and grab and hour.
We can use the large tailgate as a shelter in the rain and still watch motorsports/planes landing, events, whatever, and we can get changed out of our wet gear in the back with ease [as I have binned the last bank of seats to give a huge boot, all I have is four captain seats.] When watching events we often get to places other vehicles can't go, so we get a better view of the proceedings.
We eat takeaways in the truck when on days out without being all squashed up, whether it be chippy/McDonalds/KFC we eat in comfort and without worrying about the mess, we just pull the wheelie bin up to the truck once a week and brush out the rubbish.
Some of my friends/work colleagues look down their noses at my N reg / dirty / smokey / ancient / import only / ugly Delica.
But I would never try to convert them, as they would never understand, better to leave them to their £20.000 over 5 years Galaxys/Piccasos/C-Max/Voyagers as they deserve them. wink
I bought my Delica as a baby carrier, 5 years on and it is so much more.
It will flick from 2WD to 4WD on the move with ease, and has high ratio and low ratio options. This coupled with a full crystallite roof, column shift auto box, adjustable suspension, and four captains chairs makes it a high, commanding, comfortable ride.
On the down side is the 22-26 MPG, and the fact that kids run after you asking for an ice- cream, certainly not a candidate for the cool wall....or is it ? wink
discovery anyone?

The Chevvy silverados that we use at monster are really easy to drive, since there automatic, but they are so big, you have to really concentrate, especially once ive driven to work in the rallye, then get in the truck.
Soooooo much fun! i tried to talk my boss into coming to FCS in it but no joy :( lol
