If not call the po po and ask them what steps to take, if they're not helpful, bin bag shovel scrape it off the side of the road in to the bag, lob it in a wheelie bin or put it in your garden done up and put a poster up to say you found a cat dead please call.

Or just bury it in your garden?

My cat was killed by some bastard that knock it over and drove off messed it up pretty bad :( swear if i ever found out who did it i would drive over him with my own car the cunt,
I would atleast see if its got a collar on with address etc as i found out when was driving up road as saw it at side, wouldn't want someone else to find it like that :/
