Though id bang this up for ppl to add their thoughts and opinions on a product theyve used/using/would rate or slate...so there's a lot of info on hand for ppl to look into and maybe try something new :y:
my first day back in the gym in over 9 months tonight :D
just bought some new whey isolate today so we'll start with that!!
powerbeck whey isolate..
bloke i go to is his mate..and reccomended it highly..id never heard of the brand before but he sais he sells loads of it and it does seem to be retailed a few places :y:

im using the toffee fudge..mixes well and tastes fucking mint..and that's with water..can only imagine its even better with milk(as per tbh) but ill try that tomorrow and report back!!

Used to be into all sorts of shakes but then realised they where giving me catastrophic side effects, artificial sweeteners really are the devils work and almost all of them contain them (Sucralose, Maltodextrin, Aspartame, Acesulfame K etc) - Just look up the side effects, I had lots
All I take now is MyProtein BCAAs as well as my multi-vit and Omega 3 from Asda and a bone and joint supplement from Holland and Barrett

protein - Matrix Anabolic Whey protein (better than MP impact whey for price and ingredients)
pre workout - Jack3d (mental) or MusclePharm Assault (physical)
vits/pills - MyProtein glucosamine sulphate
ive found these are the best for the money :D

The only product I take nowadays is mega mass 4000, it comes in a 7kg tub and costs roughly £60 off eBay, and lasts me roughly a month if I take 2 medium sized shakes and 1 large shake a day
With over 800 calories and 50g of protein in each large shake, with a high protein diet, I've soon gained a lot of muscle mass in not a lot of time

Protein- Optimum whey. Has your bcaa and gluitimine in. Cheap for what it is.
Thats all i use.

I find it strange that non of you above have mentioned creatine in any form.
I use maximuscle cyclone and MP creapure (creatine). Thats all i use and i fell thay is all anyone needs.
For me creatine is the best thing out there.

First thing in the morning:
10 - 15g MP Creatine Monohydrate
1 Milk Thistle
1 Multivitamin
Post Workout
2 heap scoops MP Instant Whey w/water
Later in the day
2 heap scoops MP Instant Whey w/water
Before bed
10g MP Taurine

I took creatine last year, now i've started training again as soon as I take it I feel sick/dizzy so stopped taking it after a few days of trying it. It worked last year too, gutted now I cant use it :(

Common side effect of creatine use is sick/dizzyness. This is simple due to the fact you need to drink alot of water while using it. Much more than you originally would. It dehydrates you massively if you dont drink alot of water.
There are also many forms of creatine to try...
- Creatine monohydrate
- CEE (creatine ethyl ester) Tabs
- Creapure
For me creapure is the best and has no side effects what so ever.

For protein, I've just started using biorhythm whole gains. They do a mango and a watermelon flavour, blend either with ice for the nicest shake you will have in your whole life!

Will be starting the gym next Monday as I've 3months off will be taking animal pump and whey protein, seen good reviews about the animal pump!

i use phd synergy, i work out 2 or 3 times a day, mix of cv and weights, just purely for something to do, im not arsed about getting big, but its nice to just look after myself, that does the job, good all around one imo (but im no expert) ive seen good results

Essentially just Myprotein Impact Whey or what evers on offer, and standard creatine monohydrate and then either pro plus or a pre work out
