1. Ordered APEX springs on Saturday 12th May 2012. 3-4 working days delivery. Fast Delivery Promised.
2. Springs had still not arrived by the following weekend.
3. "i have not received my item email sent"
4. Reply: "the courier has lost the parcel, Iv ordered you another pair directly from APEX on 48HOUR delivery. On Monday 21st May 2012.
5. Still havent received any springs. 2 WEEKS LATER from when I ordered and paid! Requested a Refund.
Do not waste your time with them. Go Elsewhere. :n:

mate you need to allow two weeks for delivery in the first place :s

When they do turn up, sign the PDA with an X and just press OK, the driver won't be able to change it, then claim they never arrived.
Everyone will be out of pocket except you then, might teach them not to fuck around. I really don't believe the lost in post crap, they spout it far to much.

Why?
If it's guaranteed 3 days delivery from the date posted, he should get the item within 3 days, if it comes later than that then he is entitled to complain as he has paid for a service he has not received.

Its not really the companies fault if the courior had lost the parcel though is it?
They seem very reliable with very good feedback. I dont think they are fucking you around at all, could just improve their correspondence with the buyer abit more. You need some more patience imo and accept this happens from time to time.
