Been it the gym mon-fri half hour of cardio , hard lifting for a hour then half hour cardio and a jog home love to go swimming 3 times a week

This me now a little bit tanned from sunbeds and the hot sun sence wed

13 stone don't wanna be the biggest guy in the gym just healthy used to drink a 2 litre bottle of fizzy pop worked out a drunk more then 2000 cals a day :|
