Actually, if you were really lucky you could get another 20bhp if you stuck it on a car with no engine management mods and some big cams. The car would be underfueling so much that if the resister knocked the fueling up by about the right amount it would improve top end.

Accademic though as the fueling would be fucked everywhere else. Its wank. Avoid
