If you posted in the right section you would get answers.. what the point of them if you're posting them in gen chat!

Ppl will answer your problems, if you post in the problems section

If you post in general chat you'll get lots of abuse, tbh you've hardly even had any grief, for the amount of threads youve made I think you've gotten away quite lightly so far

Most ppl get a tirade of abuse or a lot less.. Normally ending up several pages long, which usually ends up in the op spitting the dummy

All other members use the correct section and find answers for themselves by using a search for the most minor frequently asked questions. Theres also stickies in each of the sections which help solve your query. The forum is a tool so should be used for what its best of, it has a collection of information from years. What would be the point in keeping it all if we just did what you did and made a thread for simple questions and deleted everything from last week and prior?

Also not only avoiding the search function but posting in gen chat all night. Then getting cocky and rude to members that are informing you of the section you should use to find the answer to your question, as well as informing you of the search function.

If you look at the replies me another other members have given you when posted in the correct section you will see we have just copy and pasted links to the stickies which answer your question to a much greater detail. You cant expect to get such a good reply in comparison to the stickies at this time of night either.

You are just flooding gen chat with simple vague questions.

There is a bit of a problem which I'm trying to reduce on people abusing people for no reason.

However why are you incapable of posting anything in the right section? We have specific sections for engine questions etc... Yet you seem to want to create loads of threads in general chat?

People will not want to spend time helping if you can't spend the time to post it in the right section.
