Hey everyone I only got my first ever Saxo about 2-3 days ago and I love it! :sweetheart: but I have a few question.

1, My R Reg 1.1I Saxo doesnt have central locking, how much does it cost for a good reliable central locking kit and how easy are they to fit? or is a speicalist job to fit?

2, Whats the best first things to either buy or do to your Saxo when you get it?

3, I was driving home from Taunton earlyer today sat waiting at a set of light and another flow of traffic passes in front of me and I'm happyly waiting for my turn to go, with my music not loud, and some twat passes my car in a black 306 and throws something at my car and splats against my window :rage: it looked like some remain of a pastie or something? I don't know the twats in the 306 at all I wasn't doing anything just sat waiting and then this happens???? Is there some untold rule between Saxo and 306 users? Or they just straight up twats?

Hope you guys can answer my questions

Thanks in advance :fcuk:

moddified saxos seem to attract unwanted attention as many people on here will tell you!

2. Get it lowered

1. About 100quid, you can probably fit it from a dead higher spec model at a gues

2. Up to you. A CD player probably. I personally don't think a 1.1 is worth modding, enjoy it for a year then go for a VT if you want to mod a sax

3. Nope, just fucktards. 306 GTI-6 owners can be a touch up themselves but most take the VTS seriously

1. maybe best getting an alarm that comes with central locking

2. de-pin the saxo making it a little safer from thiefs also see number 1, after that maybe wheels, lowering and a bit of smoothing here and there and a good stereo

3. i get alot of bad atention in my saxo never had anything thrown at it though was prob just a bad co incidence

Thing is it's not modded in away at all at the moment the only thing that is modded is some put a imobaliser in which is not the standard Saxo one. Its all the standard factory bodywork and everything.

for the 306 owners, i think they just wish they had bigger dicks and decided to take it out on your car.

well saxos are piss easy to get into thats why thiefs target them also your more then likely to have valubales in your car then a standard car

Mine was broken into while I was away on holiday, took a screw driver to my drivers side door lock. Got in but my alarm went off straight away and must have scared them off... 500 quid on a alarm system well spent, that's my advice, stick a decent alarm system on it and never leave anything of any value in your sax

Thanks guys you have been all very helpful. Would you guys recomend any alarm systems for a first timer? Alos I guess I must of had some bad luck with those twats earlyer, but I'm going with being fucktards sciereno.
