He's probably sold a few and thought fuck it I can retire now.
I saw a bloke on 5th gear he was a pro valet he used it and the car looked mint afterwards.

The bloke was quite obsessed he had stuff shipped from america and only used water at certain temps.
Everything was stupidly expensive but then he was cleaning £100 000+ supercars so a drop of turtle wax and T cut wouldn't go down to well.

The Zymol boutique waxes are awesome... both in terms of price and performance. Pro detailers who use Zymol charge a lot - typically anything from £40-£75 an hour, but this is not surpising when the raw materials cost so much. Nice if you have an endless bag of cash, but for the rest of us in the real world there are various ranges and detailers out there that get results nearly as good for a lot less dosh. :)

as much as i love detailing, i would much rather spend £7k on EVERY type of cleaning product for my car rather than just the wax so i can clean until my hands fall off :) its all about the prep work IMO.

I'd rather spend 7k on the following:
Evo 6
a week in spearmint Rhino
Supercharger conv
Turbo conv
I could go on but the list wouldn't include any kind of polish!

So for the price of the wax you could get yourself a VTR with low mileage, a years insurance, a lovely set of alloys and afford a Maccy Ds too. I'd go with the wax, Maccy Ds get your car dirty and you have to go through the whole sexy cleaning process again.

The car I saw on the TV looked amazing after it was applied.

Jesus... Just a doused cloth would be worth more than the motor...

if you have seen the results of what polished bliss can do IMO there really isnt much difference in terms of shine and gloss. the only reason why the car featured in 5th gear (maserati) looked so good is because it was almost new to begin with and i seriousley doubt the owner uses it as a daily driver.

I've used Zymol wax (not a tub that big) and it was about £50 for a small ish tub of it, and the finish is amazing, very long lasting and very durable, but it belonged to someone else, if I could afford it I would consider using it, but then again if i had money i would have a better car.... only 4years till thats the case!!!!
