Hi Guys,
Im wanting to get my car back on the road next week, so i was looking around for insurance yesterday and Admiral offered me a good deal with it, So i filled in the site and took out the policy yesterday.
They havent took any money out of my bank and they havent sent me any policy details yet...
Any suggestions? Obviously i dont want to 'try again' incase its just them being slow and i end up paying twice lol.

Why are people sp stupid?! Just RING THEM,
That's what most people do when they want to ask their insurance something.
0871 882 0000 for a single car policy. Im on the phone to them now. Notice how I didn't ask a forum something only Admiral will know?

Ahh that is worrying.
Surely you must have something you can use to hekp them identify you. Just speak to customer service explain they should help you out :y:

Thanks for calling me stupid, No need for it though was there?
The reason I asked on the forum, maybe someone has had the same problem I'm having, and would give me a little more insight to what’s going on. Maybe it’s a common thing with Admiral?...Never know until you ask.
So any question you 'know the answer to' and others don’t, you feel the need to call them stupid? This is a big part of the reason Saxp has such a bad reputation, People like yourself.

I'll give them a ring in a bit, they might be able to go via the reg or my name/ address etc... Cheers Piggie.

Thanks mate, I wouldnt expect the paper work through until at least next week anyway. but it only takes a minute to send an email and take the money lol, seems like something must be wrong if they havent took the money :)

Did you do it online or over the phone?
Just give them a call to clear it up.

always better I have found to ring them up, always cheaper for me than online?
They don't always take the money straight away, took it the week after for mine.

I disagree. A big issue on the forum, and in life in general at the moment, is a severe lack of common sense.
If you have an issue with your insurance, ring the insurance company!

Did you pay it all at once, or pay monthly, because IIRC, they make you ring up if you want to pay monthly, so be sure you actually compleated the transaction..
admiral send all te documents via email now not on paper unless you aske for a paper copy they are trying to "save the enviroment" or summin i am with them and have had a few problems but never with them taking my money!!!

I usually pay it off in one, the rates to pay monthly basically double the price!
I'll give them a ring when i get back from work
Chase- Hopefully they screwed up and havent processed it yet, in which case i might be able to get a cheaper price...
Out of curiosity, how old are you and where about do you live?
My quote was £880, cheapest by far so if i can get it down cheaper, i'll be a very, very happy bunny. :)

Spoke to admiral the other day, they had a system problem on Wednesday, turned out they did take the money but it hasn't come through my account yet and they didn't send the confirmation email. Sent me the email and it's all sorted :)

Then the next month, it came out on a monday which was the 24th.. Then last month, the 22nd, which caught me off guard because i didnt have money in :/
