NORWICH BLUE FURIO? city college

i constantly see a blue furio in norwich and at city college in norwich and it has the saxperience stickers on it so i know its on here.

from what i remember its blue, lowered, exhaust, yellow fogs and sprayed black headlights.

it looks fairly smart i was just wondering who it was.
