Try a breakers yard mate(if they`re standard alloys)you maybe lucky & find the little case that the adapter comes in.Or halfrauds sell the locking wheel nut removal tool.

other than that a diamond tipped drill bit will drill them out but be careful not to mark the alloys.

Just had same problem as you mate.
McGard (http://www.mcgard.com/) wheel nuts.
If you have tried everything else, you can send an e-mail to: cs@mcgard.de ... with that picture, a copy of your V5, driving license, credit card details to take €18 (£14.62) out... and by magic your locking nut appears in the post 3 days later :y:

Slightly smaller socket hammered onto the locking bolt will get them off. He is breaking his saxo so why spend money on it?
Worse comes to worse a bloke with a welder can weld a nut to the locking bolt and you can use that to undo them.

You cant get a socket onto these. Not even a universal.

This ruins your alloys and if you don't have a welder or a mate that can weld its gunna cost anyway.

Because it's the easiest way to sort the problem.
If thats the case, scrap it with the wheels on and forget about the locking nut?

Your talking shit again.
We must take 4 - 5 sets of these off a month and yes you can smack a socket onto them. No a welder does nothing to the alloy if you know what your doing and its going to cost 5 quid topps.

Well you must be using shiter tools than ive ever seen then with like a .5 mil outter wall, cos any decent socket wont fit over.
So your saying a welder is going to remove 4 locking wheel nuts, without damaging any part of the alloy for a fiver?
Ok pal :y:

if anything welding a nut onto the locking wheel nut would leave weld sparks on the inside of the alloy wheel. as you would be welding a nice new nut onto shitty dirty metal wheel nut.
you could smack a impact socket over the locking wheel nut but you probably would end up hitting the alloy anyway, also the locking wheel nut removal tools probably wont work either as they tend to just slip off.
have removed many locking wheel nuts in the past without the keys but i always tell the customer that ruining the alloys is likely to happen whichever way you do it.

I lost my locking wheel nut some how aswell. Had my tyres changed got a call from the Mech saying he can't find my locking wheel nut eventually he said he'll sort it. He mentioned welding something on the nut. All i recall if this means anything to anyone. Nuts cost me about £80.. £42 for labour 38 for nuts.
